Wedding Bulletin Request

We are pleased to provide the service bulletin for your wedding at St. Stephen’s Church. Submit this form at least eight weeks before your wedding. The form must be completed fully before work on the bulletin begins. This form should be filled out only after you have heard from St. Stephen's wedding guild that the date and time you've requested for your wedding has been confirmed. Similarly, you will not have all the information you need to complete this form until you have met with the St. Stephen's priest who will officiate at your wedding, and conferred with our director of music about musical selections. You will receive one proof before bulletins are printed. Please return the proof within one week of receiving it in order to ensure that your bulletins are printed on time. Corrections may be made at this time, but changes may not be, so please ensure that the information you provide below is correct and complete. The bulletin will follow the order of service as found in the Book of Common Prayer, or, in the case of a same-sex wedding, the order of service adopted by the Episcopal Church.
