Christmas Shop
In partnership with Communities in Schools and Fairfield Court Elementary School, St. Stephen’s parishioners provide a Christmas shop for families of Fairfield students each December. Using a list the school provides, parishioners purchase new toys, games, and other gift items to stock the holiday shop. The parents, grandparents, or guardians of Fairfield students visit the shop to select the things they know their children will use and enjoy.
Some parishioners also sign up to sort the donated items, transport them to the gym at Fairfield, arrange them, and/or assist shoppers with their selections.
Some parents choose to gift wrap the presents on-site while others take them home to wrap.
If you’d like to donate an item or items to the shop, you can either use the form below to sign up for what you’d like to buy, or take an ornament from the tree that is stationed near the outreach table and purchase what’s written on the ornament. If you use an ornament, please be sure to leave your name and contact information at the outreach table.
Once you have purchased your item(s), please bring them to the outreach table as soon as possible, but no later than December 17.
(The outreach table is in the parish house near Palmer Hall, the parish office, and the elevator and stairs.)
You’ll also see a link (a purple button) for signing up to help transport the gifts on December 18, or assisting in the shop at Fairfield on December 19.
