Thanksgiving Day service

About the Event

St. Stephen’s Church is known for our moving service of Morning Prayer held on Thanksgiving Day. The service includes a sermon–this year’s preacher is the Rev. John D. Rohrs–and stirring music performed by St. Stephen’s Choir accompanied by organ and brass. St. Stephen’s flower guild does some of their best work for this occasion.

Make plans to attend this popular service to give thanks to God for our blessings. Please consider bringing canned or boxed food to donate our food pantry for those in need.

We recommend arriving early and carpooling or walking, since it is one of the most well-attended services of the year. Ushers will remind you not to save seats.
