For many years, St. Stephen’s has published a weekly Bible study guide used by people all over the world to guide study, conversation, and prayer. After thought and conversation, we decided to pause the publication of this study beginning in the winter of 2024 so that we can intentionally review the resource and consider what shape it should take in the future. We know that this is a valuable and cherished Bible study for many each week. Below are links to weekly guides for the Gospel portion appointed for each Sunday in the Lectionary. There is an archive for Year A, one for Year B, and one for Year C.
Please note that we do not have guides for every Sunday. The guides were originally written to be used by Emmaus Groups at St. Stephen’s Church during three “covenant periods” each year. Covenant periods did not take place in the summer, and did not cover every week of the academic year.
A reminder that these are for the use of individuals and Bible study groups, and should not be posted, reprinted, or otherwise disseminated beyond your group.
