About Kathleen
Kathleen joined the staff of St. Stephen’s Church in August 2025. A native of Beaumont, Texas, she spent her formative years attending an Episcopal school and church, both of which contributed to her lifelong dedication to serving others. Kathleen’s service has taken many forms, including supporting refugees in the Middle East, contributing to improved education programming for children across the globe, and leading economic empowerment programs for small business owners worldwide. After beginning her career in international development, Kathleen is excited to invest her time locally in service to St. Stephen’s and the surrounding community.
Kathleen holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia and master’s degrees from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. She finds joy spending time with her wife Teresa and scruffy terrier Buckee and learning foreign languages. A child at heart, Kathleen enjoys being the fun aunt to the many children in her life; she can often be found with fruit snacks on hand, and often stays up past her bedtime to read books.
