Once St. Stephen’s Church has confirmed the date for your wedding here, you may need to complete one or more additional forms.

Do you wish to have your wedding livestreamed and/or video recorded? Please complete this request. (Please note that no other photography or videography is permitted in the church during the service.)

Would you like St. Stephen’s Church to produce bulletins for your service? Here is the form you’ll need to complete at least eight weeks before the date of your wedding.

Do you plan to have programs designed and printed elsewhere? You will need to follow these guidelines, and allow time to submit a proof to St. Stephen’s staff.
