Two clergy weddings
What joy! Two weddings involving our clergy will take place at St. Stephen’s Church soon: the Rev. Will Stanley, our vicar, and Mr. Will Ferguson will marry here on Friday, May 9 at 4 p.m.; and the Rev. Cate Anthony, associate rector, and Mr. Emery Rivera will marry here on Saturday, June 21, at 2 p.m. The entire parish is invited to attend the weddings in the church and the receptions that follow.
Both occasions will be family-friendly and children are most welcome.
It will be helpful to both couples to know how many parishioners to expect, so beneath each of the photos below, you’ll find RSVP links.
Both are happy and grateful to have parishioners in attendance, since you are part of their extended families! Gifts are not expected. Because so many parishioners have expressed a desire to celebrate with gifts, however, we’ve provided information for each couple below.

If you wish to give a present
Will and Will will be grateful to have you at their wedding and reception, and no gift other than your presence is expected. Parishioners have asked, however, about sending a gift to the couple. If you are so moved, here are links to their registries.
For their complete registry and additional details, please visit their wedding website at wills2wed.com.
Many have also asked about making monetary gifts. If this is your wish, “the Wills” are deeply grateful. Please note that St. Stephen’s Church is not able to receive checks payable to the church to be given to Will and Will, however. The complete registry at wills2wed.com includes an option to send a monetary gift.
About the service and reception
The ceremony will be a full choral service with Communion and will last approximately 90 minutes. For those not able to join in person, the service will be livestreamed on St. Stephen’s website (on this page).
The reception will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. outdoors, weather permitting. We’ll be prepared to move indoors if the weather does not cooperate.
To allow the choir to have rehearsal time in the church, we’ll wait until 3 p.m. to open the doors to guests.
Dress: Garden Party Formal. Also known as: seersucker, poplin, colors, prints, hats, bowties, and florals.
If you have questions, please reach out to the Wills directly.
