About Paula
A longtime parishioner of St. Stephen’s, Paula stepped in as interim director of communications upon the retirement of Sarah Bartenstein and will remain until the permanent director is in place. Paula’s B.A. is from the University of Virginia, and she completed all the course requirements for a M.A. in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has worked in a variety of roles as a writer, editor, and designer and is happy to be of assistance in this moment. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching sports with her husband and keeping up with their three young adult children.
